Disability Worker Screening (DWS) within the Department of Justice (the department) is responsible for managing enquiries about the disability worker screening system in Queensland.

Hours

The hours of operation for DWS are Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm, excluding public holidays.

If you’re worried about how a person with disability is being treated by a support worker, or if you suspect someone is working without the necessary clearance, we want to hear from you. Please email Intake@workerscreening.qld.gov.au to report your concerns.
